RT marine backpack info wanted

Hello to you all,

Just after some info on this RT marine backpack? I couldn't find it on any catalogues or Sol Legends. I'm under the assumption it's the medic backpack?
That being said, there is no clear depiction of it on a medic, marine or as a standalone part on any of the official pics/catalogues.

I saw it on Ebay. Here is a similar item.

They are mm, rare-ish-ish but I just can't find any info on them, official like to say yup, these are medic backpacks.

Sweet! I don't believe I've ever seen that particular backpack before. Seems there's some truly interesting ones out there. Someone posted the original metal backpacks for the Daemon Hunters a while back. Cool stuff!

After giving up on looking, I serendipitous found a little and as much as I need from the Ninjabread painting blog in the coments.

"I added the obscure medipack backpack to the Rogue Trader Apothecary (he was initially released with simply a plain backpack with the other RT101s). The medipack was released along with the Rogue Trader giant-fan jump packs and some banner-poled backpacks, but never made it into any of the major catalogues so tends to slip people by."

I'm very luck to have a couple and was stating to wonder if they were a 3rd party item but alas, seem they are legit citadel.

This backpack is the real deal from Citadel. I have one that I bought back in the 80s. Not sure if it specifically came with a marine medic model but it might have done.
