I bashed these out of some old plastic Dungeonquest figures I got at a car boot sale. Here are the originals:

You can't see it in the photo, but the barbarian's shield is a traffic sign.

They're not perfect, but as a piece of "found art" I'm very fond of them.

The mask is my particular favourite element, but the bearded guy is probably my favourite overall - he looks very natural. Great stuff!

Great conversions, Barbarian would make an excellent henchman / bodyguard for Commanda Makara from X-bomber / Starfleet.
