Rogue Trader imperial army, guard and other stuff

Here is a look at the Rogue trader figures I have accumulated over the years, I have to confess that I had them painted for me as time and my limited skill would not allow me to achieve the result I thought they deserved.

I especially like the Star Wars Rebel pilot theme & the clear bases.

Lots of classic goodness & it's surprising to see how expressive those RT faces are.

The IG Beastman, are some of my favourite sculpts and a very nice paint job to boot.

Very cool! I'm busy painting some old school pirates and such and these boys fit right in. I love the bright and colourful colour schemes and the variety. The helmets are especially cool. However, amid the coolness I have to say that my absolute favourite models are the renegade marines, the colour schemes are spot on!

I have some more marines to be paint and I am scouring the different Rogue trader supplements for other renegade colour schemes. I am quite pleased with how they all came out. Next on my Rogue trader to be painted list though are some Eldar and Orks but I do also have a few space pirates that need some paint as they have sat in a biscuit tin for twenty odd years. And then there is the fantasy, I feel a bit like Sisyphus at times, the lead mountain seems to never diminish.

They are splendid ! I especially like the blue eyes on the Ironclaw astropath. I also never noticed Oldworld jack was a variant from a basic IG.
