Q: Sculpting Night Goblin hoods?

Hi all,

I've got some bald gobbos and a couple of fimir I'd like to sculpt night goblin style hoods on. I've dabbled a bit with green stuff and milliput but I'm still a total amateur at sculpting.

Does anyone with experience have some top tips or step-by-step suggestions for doing pointy cowl-like hoods?

Cheers,
Raedwald

oh, I know about too thick.. while I'm much better now, I do have a figure painted with a cape which... well.. just looks like a thick blob of clay... Should have rolled it much thinner and then shaped and stuff.. Still debating if i should just ripp it off the figure or leave it as partly failed attempt...

Good tip for cloaks- roll thin onto flexible plastic and put it in the fridge for half an hour. It wilk come out firm enough to cut to shape and peel off but as it warms will return to uncured stickiness so you can press and blend it on.
