Pearlescent paint or similar?

Hi all. Has anyone got recommendations for a pearlescent/shimmery white paint? I'm thinking I need something like that for some subtle highlights to a pair of unicorns that are on my upcoming list.

I did have some edible cake lustre, just wondering if there's anything similar for minis?

Vallejo do a metalic medium (https://acrylicosvallejo.com/en/product/hobby/auxiliary-products-hobby/metal-medium-70521/) which I guess you might be able to use to create an effect like that? I've not really played much with it myself, but do have a bottle somewhere.

Looking at that link you sent, it also flagged up a pearl medium which could also work.
