Hi there. New fish in the pond.

I'm quite taken with Orks and right now I'm in the process of collect... Uhm I mean painting and building a lot of stuff for my Ork army.

I started out making the encampment.

Welcome n board mate ! It's nice to see some terrain pieces too in here, especially when they're this good !
I have to say the mother love bone made me laugh a a fair bit and the mine sign is very good too. Any chance we might see some orks around?

Great! I can imagine a M*A*S*H style encampment with lots of the tents plus many more signs all over the place. Any plans for exapansion? ;)

Thanks! Yes there are plans for expansions. I imagine I will have to make a thread in the WIP section for the unifinished bits and then post here when I finish painting them.

Haha! Yeah, I want to finish that thing too. I just have not got the equipment needed right now. I will hopefully get it soon though.

Ah, I hope it will not be all familiar to everyone on these boards. I have only learned of this forum yesterday. I felt that this might be a more suitable place to post my efforts than some of the other I've tried (have been to Eastern Fringe, Da Waaagh and LAF). :grin:

Your stuff goes down well on LAF doesnt it? RT orks may not be to everyones tastes I guess, but its not like you are spamming the place with min/max tournament lists or endless complaining about new GW releases, just putting up one cool project after another. I look out for Dr The Viking projects on LAF 8-)

Still, RT orks will get a certain sort of enthusiasm around here alright. Keep em coming :)
