Oldhammer Fest (Guildford)

Attended Oldhammer Fest yesterday, at the Hive, Guildford, here's a few pictures of Blood bath at orcs drift, showing the initial depolyment and moves.
The day went well for the orcs, (my dice rolls, with Tim's dice) showed their shooting could hit a barn door and their toughness and saves deflated the much vaunted elves archery as they approached the hamlet, with even their hero with BS7 failing to hit or wound again and again!
The assault was led by King F'yar on his wyvern and the severed hand orcs driving the depleted elves from the walls, the dwarfs aid being hindered by a windblast from Bagrash and the approaching Rock giant and Vile rune orcs.
Unfortunately, we ran out of time to fight to a conclusion by it appeared the defenders were not going to be successful this time round as more orcs moved around their flanks to cut off their retreat.

Plans are - the Guildford club will do this again next year, so, if you're close strongly suggest you attend - Many other games were played, friendly, very much oldhammer vib and a great swop meet/bring and buy (no commission).
Thanks to Tim, Will and CJ for letting me play with the toys.
