Hey all.

I hope all is well.

I was pointed towards this forum for help classifying exactly what I have across 2 seta of old metal miniatures.

The note I had when they were given to me were:
"Goblin king high court" and "dwarf king high court". I have attached photos to help see exactly what they are. Any help would be greatly appreciated :)

Afraid I can't tell you much more than that first picture tells you. I half remember the Goblin King Court models being produced as a bit of a tongue in cheek homage to the original Perry twins Dwarf Kings Court. I forget exactly when, someone else might remember somewhere around 2003 maybe? ish? Certainly a limited run commissioned by James Humphries. Not sure about the dwarves, presumably they were done a little later, but they must have passed me by - the monolith website says they were Colin Dixon sculpts. Looks like you are missing two of the dwarves.

Regarding the goblins you could ask the man himself via the GoblinMaster site. Alas Colin Dixon passed away in November 2023.

Lovely sets of miniatures, should be a treat to paint up. You can see a nicely painted set in this post. And here, where they also have the dwarf set painted

As to value, well whatever someone will pay - If you're not painting them pop them on Ebay and find out! :)

Great that the names of the members of the Goblin King’s Court haven’t been lost to the mists of time. IIRC, the Dwarfs were never named. Shame as “The King’s Champion Fangloss da Nobbler” is much more Oldhammer than *Dwarf King’s Champion”, isn’t it?

They are really cool pieces. Sadly, was too young to appreciate them back in the day and was just gifted them randomly in an old cardboard box. Hoping I can find the other 2 dwarf peices but not even sure I would be able to find them/had them in the first place.
With pricing, I couldn't even find examples of these on ebay, so had trouble with that too.
