Okay, I'm not saying which Figure right now cause I'm working on something But I recently got an order from Foundry which includes some ex-citadel figures. Quite happy cause it is basically a toss up between Not common to find and £30 for one mini + OR £3 for a currently in production copy. Sold!
Now, this was a mid-80s figure from when they just swapped to Slotta. from the others in the range, I expected it would have a tab which Foundry replaced with a solid base.. or more, in this case, just cut off the slotta.. but On the back of the figure.. What do I see? "(c) GW 1985"... oooohhh.. naughty boyes... aren't you meant to remove that bit.
In fact, I'm kinda surprised that 1) it's on there when I expected it would be on a tab, and 2) that Foundry DIDN'T remove it when making a new mould.. I believe that they put it back in production this year but still.. very minor of course, but I found it interesting. Kinda one thing when you don't update the tabs on your own figures (though Citadel used to be quite good about that) but from another company? mm.
