Never seen this catalogued - the horses remind me of Elwing's. Anyone know this mini or provide more info?

I have the chariot itself but no horses or charioteers. And nope, I don't have a clue about it beyond that! I had believed it was an old citadel elf chariot, but if I'm honest I've never dug any deeper.
