Snotlings. Now they keep getting everywhere...
A while back (mid 90s), I bought two blisters of Snotlings, enough for four bases. I painted three, the last one was undercoated white (as I did at the time), and then left to be painted later. I got carried away with Necromunda, Warmaster, then WAB and finally Field of Glory. I suppose those Snotling never even saw some decent battlefield-action.
Last year, on perusing my collection, I stumbled over those half painted Snotlings (and their old-school-ish based companions). Having been painting 15mm for some years, the little critters came in handy and where a nice Oldhammerish exercise. They were quickly finished and based. I then went into demented mode and ebayed two more blisters of Snotlings, preparing them for basecoating and leaving them in a box. When my son was born eight weeks ago, I made them my new project for possible long evenings. So far I have painted 18 of them, one base is finbished, the other in the process of getting finished, as its all coming along in very tiny steps.
As a matter of fact, this week I bought another blister of Snotlings, now enough for 10 bases. I am swamped in Snotlings....
Pics to follow, when I get round to it.
