Hinds figures

I am not sure if any forum members have checked out the ranges of old second hand miniatures that Ian Hinds stocks.I picked up lots of the old Clan War miniatures from Ian last year.This has helped me fill some holes in my collection.

The sale starts tomorrow with 20% off.

There are lots of Old Warhammer miniatures on the site.Two nice lots of Dark Elf cavalry too.Link below for the site.Checkout the D&D section too as it has some old Warhammer miniatures mixed in also.the 40K section has some old Rogue Trader miniatures if you look hard enough ;).

Just had a good look though that site, alot of great RT figures but his pricing is way of the mark for alot of the stuff. There are a number of bargains though and was tempted with alot of bits.

Asked the guy to sell me the dogs and the snakemen :)
would have went for a lot more if I hadn't pledged for those crooked claw war machines :)
 
Snakemen have gone already as have the Zoats.

The prices are not too bad and like you say Chico there are some really good pieces hiding in the list.
 
So browsed the store, selected some choice items, sent my enquiry...

...still waiting with anticipation ;)

I'm assuming New Year has got in the way. Anyone else heard back?
 
I wanted the zoats (gone according to manic_miner) and the Pan Tangian figures, however I realised this evening that the Pan Tangians are the exact self-same models I bought (most of) on ebay earlier this month. Sadly for the seller they only made about £1 profit per model, but I guess a couple of holes in their collection may have been filled.

Still got my eye on one or two of the other lots though ;)
 
There's stuff there I would like. But I cannot find any mention of the sale anywhere on the site. Where' did you get that info' Manic Miner?
 
The info on the sale is in the latest issue of Miniature Wargames magazine.

Ian did say he would be back on the 3rd or 6th of January.

I have got my name down for the 18 pre-slotta Goblins in the D&D section and the 8 Lizardmen in the Warhammer section.

There are two nice lots of mounted Dark Eleves on the site which are mixed releases.
 
OMG I'm pretty much everyone was after the same lots as I am but I sent the enquiries anyway, fingers crossed.
There are silly prices but there are also some killer bargains here.

EDIT : Why didn't I checked earlier (beats himself)...
 
Sorry for the double post but I got a reply for my enquiry and I'm too glad I got these mislabeled "inquisitor henchmen" for 30£ with PnP, now my red redemptionists will have a decent sized unit (plus I get necromunda bits...).

Nice find Asslessman.There is an Imperial Preacher there too.Some very good bargains if you spend the time to look.Seems like it was a good place to let people know then ;).

I have the Pan Tangians, but I bought them from someone else on ebay. They're the self same models as the flash is identical. I guess they had previously been bought from Hinds ....

I've got one I'm never likely to use, but I'm not selling it at those prices, I paid more than that for the one! :lol:
