Here's a little something i've had fun with...
A plastic Chaos body, head and arms(?) from a bag of plastic bits from ebay,
2 heads from the old Chimera,plastic skull, plus putty tentacles, cloak and back banner
A Chaos warrior from the North in an Oldhammer style

Given the same bits I'm pretty sure I would have just ended sticking one of the heads on the body but it looks great ! I'm not a hge fan of th ered and green association colour wise but the many tentacles emerging from everywhere are an excellent touch and the whole model really has character. I demand more of this sort of heresy.
 
That's very good. I like it. Has a nice, early Chaos feel about it somehow. I think it's the randomness and the lack of massive spikes, horns etc.
