help with Skitarii model painting

I am new to painting and am no familiar with any artistic techniques. I have recently painted my 1st Vanguard and Something seems to be off. I don't know if it's to many colors or something else. Any tips or suggestion please

Not sure we'll be able to help you this, as this forums primary purpose is to discuss and play old editions of Warhammer, with painting and model making being a chief part of the discussions, but I'm sure we can try to help you - is it a plastic kit you've assembled, is the photo of the model you've built (if so, well done) or an indication of what you want to achieve?

Have you posted the wrong image? Have you ever tried painting trolling spoons (with or without an airbrush)?
