Harry gets ready for Halloween

@Norse

Oh ... and on top of all that lot .... I have got more wolves than you can shake a stick at. :grin:

Oh! ... and I have just made a start on 5 old skool Mummies so we have some of them too.

Hopefully that gives you plenty to work with?

hahaha....quite a pack Harry! you've actually made those plastic wolves look GREAT and thats no mean feat!

Cheers,

Blue

Thanks fellas.

@Blue
Those wolves were the first thing I painted back when I started painting in 2007.
Hadn't painted hardly anything before that.
Painted a fair bit of stuff since. :grin:

@Ardyer. The dragon is Grenadier. I picked him up broken from ebay for just a couple of pounds ... he was missing his tail. That tail is made from a plastic skeleton chariot haft. :grin:

Yea, when I first got into gaming my local shop had a big grenadier section, including him and a really cool war mammoth. Always wanted to buy them but I had limited money that was getting spent in marauder dwarfs instead :lol:

If I find out you have an original Optimus Prime too, I will be burgling your house shortly :lol:

Thanks very much fellas.

I love the undead, but what are the wolves for? Were you in "dire need"??? :?
:grin:

I thought wolves were a bit Halloweeny?

They were for an all mounted goblin army:

Excellent repaint on the old tower. I remember seeing it in white dwarf and I couldn't wait for it to come out. Then I saw it in person an was immensely let down.

Nice work Harry!
I have always been tempted by that fences and walls set.
I am constantly amazed by the productivity and final quality of your work!

They are just a bit 'flat' being essentially sprayed grey ... although given a bit of texture with a second partial spray of a different grey. They can be brought to life with a new paint job.

It is as as good as anything I have seen. Lots of character and not tooo expensive by GW standards.

Thanks very much. I quite like painting scenery ... you can have at it with a big paint brush and cover a lot of ground. :grin:

One more tomb I am going to tart up a bit to make it match the other stuff a bit. Scratch built this time. I didn't build this one ... it came free with some undead stuff I bought off a mate.
