I say Got Rick (gap just to illustrate the pronunciation, not actually used/spoke/said)

I have heard people say Goat Wreck and or Goat Rick

There are some very good audio books on audible narrated by Jonathan Keeble. In my opinion he does an outstanding job at capturing Gotreks moody grim character. Hearing Gotrek say Manling in a gritty Yorkshire (maybe Yorkshire, I'm from the South Coast so it could be anywhere north of the M25) is brilliant.
He says it like Gotrick at times depending on the character

They are excellent books and Keeble is the definitive voice for all the male characters he reads imo.

Ah! I think you need to emphasise the you in bold or italics. Personally, got wreck but that might not mean much if you haven't heard my accent.
