Gaming table from Warhammer 3rd edition book

Hi guys,
Any know anything more about this gaming table that features in the Warhammer Fantasy 3rd edition book? I'm looking for more detailed photos who made it etc.

I have long wondered if it is lying under Bryan's bed... but no, don't know where it is. Most of the buildings are Townscapes, the trees are Britains, La Maisontaal looks built to the card plan in the Citadel journal, the hedges are model railway (Noch?). Wouldn't be surprised if the main board belongs/belonged to the Perry twins as they seemed to have the coolest terrain back then.
