Figure ID-Dwarf

I was traded this guy by Magos Explorator, his tab says Dwarf on the fron and (c)GW 1985 on the back, I can't find him in the catalogs on Stuff of Legends or on the CCM wiki. My though was he might be an AD&D dwarf, but that link of stuff of legends now directs to a different site. Anyone know where he's from?

Is he the dwarf that goes with the Dragon? Not sure which colour dragon.
