Fantasy Specials Size

How do they compare to say the C series type sizes?

There is a model I have found that may do as the Counts wife, but after buying this:

and discovering how small it is compared to later sculpts, I am being cautious.

I am particularly thinking of this one:

personally, not sure but I have no problem with a bit of size range... when you said badly scales, how bad?

I know some of the fantasy specials were just ported to the C range

Alas it bothers me as it is not just height but build, the one I bought looks like a child so would not pass as an adult in my reckoning, which is a bummer as the model is otherwise quite cool.

I don't want to make the same mistake twice. ..

Pre-slotta are even smaller, in general.
I've got some pre-slotta villagers (very same series of the woman you're eyeing - I remember an old man with a cane and some others) and they're much smaller and - to me - incompatible with 3rd ed. or later sculpts
An adult goat is the size of a 3rd ed. small dog, go figure!

Let's say you could use them in a diorama in conjunction with some forced perspective trick.

I mean, I have dated someone where we had that height difference. But I agree it does look rather like the Town Guard may need to be informed in this instance 😫

I once dated someone who was a few inches taller than 'legit midget sized'. Never asked someone for ID before going to the pub.

At least I'm not the only person stung by scale creep this week, I feel your frustration.
