(EBAY) Games Day, Black Library & Dark Future figures

For my latest eBay experiment, I have adjusted my recipe and have a mixed bag of U.K. only ten day auctions now running.

Little proper Oldhammer, but there are a bunch of GW figures including some Games Day blisters from the early noughties (Kroot Shaper, Chaos Champion choking Wood Elf & Space Wolf Wolfpriest), a few Black Library figures (Gaunt’s Ghosts diorama, Felix Jaeger & Ulrika Straghov), a Dark Future limited edition Santa and biker plus the GW Germany 10th anniversary Tzeentch sorceror on flying disk. In addition, I have some Hobby Games/Metal Magic Britons from their Asterix range and a small lot of Mithril Miniatures Lord of the Rings figures up for grabs too.

So far as I can tell you posted this yesterday and the auctions should still be going, but I don't see them. Looking at the UK page direct. Happy to have things shipped to a friend in the UK. Not using a proxy server at present, but that's never been necessary in the past. May not be relevant, as I don't think there's anything there I need. (I already have most of the Gaunt's Ghosts and don't really need to the Dark Future Santa or fantasy stuff.) But do you want your auctions completely invisible from the US, or just to not have to ship through the current mess?

As an eBay selling noob, I’ve set these up as U.K. only auctions to make things easy for myself. IIRC, there were settings buttons about limiting visibility elsewhere.

Generally speaking, I’m happy to send things to most places if buyers are willing to pay for tracked shipping. That said, my previous sales have been via this forum, the LAF one and people’s blogs where you’re dealing with decent sorts.

FWIW, the Black Library diorama I’m selling was sculpted by Mark Bedford:

The GW Perry Ghosts came along later, IIRC.

There were a bunch of these Black Library dioramas, but I don’t see a huge amount of love for them online. Maybe because the releases were limited in numbers, low key and often not by the big name sculptors.

I see it now. User failure on my part. And I don't blame you for not wanting to offer RotW free shipping just at present. But the visibility issue might be costing you bids. Maybe. Hard to say for sure. Anyway, good luck. :)

Thanks. I’ve checked my settings and while I’ve blocked non-U.K. bidders, my auctions should be visible to people elsewhere. Anyway, I’ll have a think about future auctions and whether to drop the U.K. only setting.

Well, the last lot went OK-ish and eBay were offering their periodic £1 max fees again so I put a few more things up. UK only again, I'm afraid, with the current environment.

Some midhammer era GW promotional blisters i.e. Death & Darkness Chaos Marauder Champion (PR3), Dark Angels Sergeant (PR5), PR8 Space Wolf Wolfpriest (PR8) & the first Bugman’s Bar Joseph Bugman (PR97). Also some loose Warmaster casualty bases (Empire, High Elf, Orc & Undead) & a Black Library Gaunt’s Ghosts diorama set.
