Thought I'd post up the dwarfs I'm painting at the moment.
I've already painted quite a few, so excuse the photo dump!

First up, wizards!
Harrig the Wise - a recast which I instantly brought when offered. I did paint a lot of dwarf wizards a while ago, and this one (which I remembered from the Citadel Combat Cards) was impossible to find. He's probably my first realisation that there are unreleased and uncatalogued miniatures!

And this guy comes from the old Dwarf Kings Court... He has a solid base and is a little smaller than the later dwarfs, but a bit of greenstuff on the base makes him fit in extremely well

Most of these were undercoated 2018, when I was prepping my first ever army, dwarfs, for the Old World Army Challenge.
I'd hurt my knee and had a bit of free time, so I thought resurrecting a childhood hobby would be the Thing

Holy heck these are awesome. Agree with Citizen Sade about great skin tones.
My favourite one has to be that balding chap with mace and cast-on shield - with those eyebags he looks like guard duty has literally lasted weeks on end!
