Can anyone help ID this odd looking model?

Is that axe part of the original sculpt?
Looks like it was added later, also looks like something is missing from the other hand.

The pose and hair placement makes me think it is a casualty model.

Found it on eBay, looks very odd, possibly a conversion but can’t identify the base model…

Harlequin/Black Tree/EOEOrbis did a range of Dwarf Slayers but I can't find any photos of that particular one online.

I tried Heartbreaker and Alternative Armies also, but found nowt.

if it was a casualty, it would have a flat back which I don't think this is..
very craggy casting/sculpt...
