Okay, I'm looking for a bit of help with some esoteric lore, here.
In the Dungeon Bowl expansion for Blood Bowl 2nd Edition, the Colleges of Magic formed underground Blood Bowl teams to take out their disputes among each other.
The Rainbow College (as it was at the time) fielded the "Harlequins" team.
Notice their team symbol is an eye. This corresponds to the eye symbol used by the Rainbow College themselves:
As expected, all the College-sponsored teams in Dungeon Bowl had the official College symbol painted on their helmets.
However, in the 2012 computer game version of Dungeon Bowl (which seems to be very unpopular on Steam), it seems great painstaking effort has been made to recreate the same team compositions, names and logos etc. from the 1989 board game.
Except for the Rainbow College symbol.
Which appears to be a CRESCENT MOON?!
Does anyone know why the short-lived Rainbow College might use a Crescent Moon instead of their usual symbol of the All-Seeing-Eye?
