Here is one of my favorite old models from one of my favorite Gods. More pictures of more Chaos will follow. But for now here is a thing I did. I took the picture with my phone, so sorry for the quality.

Nicely done, necrotic skin and wet open sores, captures the essence of Nurgle perfectly in one figure.
 
Thanks. I think of it as part of the ritual of summoning. The mark was tattooed on the host who was sacrificed to summon the daemon and binds the daemon to the world of mortals. As the time of the summons reaches its limit the tattoo disappears and the daemon returns to the Realm of Chaos.
 
So, I was looking for inspiration for a banner I am painting and I searched google images of Realm of Chaos banners and I found an image of a bloodletter I had painted a while ago and posted on coolminiornot. I had forgotten I had posted it. As I remember it wasn't really popular there so I am posting it here where I think it will be a little more appreciated. Sorry, its a new bloodletter.

Yep. I did a second one also, but I think its a little dinged up right now. I may have to freshen it up and re-photograph it.
 
The first banner really reminds me of Where the Wild Things Are. I wonder if that was an intentional reference.
