Crooked Claw Goblins closing down at end of May

In case you missed the notice on the website, Crooked Claw miniatures is soon to be no more: http://crooked-claw.blogspot.co.uk/2016 ... -down.html

If you want some very fine new-oldhammer Kev Adams goblins you need to get in touch with Crooked Claw fast. I've just bought the two superb catapults and am looking forward to painting them. He's selling off what's left, but did mention that if there's sufficient interest he might do one last casting run..

I only wish I had the funds to buy more..

That's sad, these were my favorite new minis produced. I have both catapults and absolutely adore them. I also do not have a lot of money right now, but will probably spring for some grinning mushrooms as a token of thanks.

It's a pity, cause they're lovely figs and dirt cheap in comparison to other newly produced retro figs. I guess that's one of the reasons he's packing it in...

The Kev Adams Crooked Claw Trebuchet is brilliant!!

Indeed, if I were going to buy only one thing, that would be it! I still have to paint mine up, but it will be a real treat when I have the time.

No more stock left but they will make a return in the future. Just make sure to buy from the new guy before he packs in...

Good news that they'll be available again! They're wonderful models, they deserve to sell. That said - I haven't bought any and I've been a fan since day 1. Bane of the garage operations, a whole market full of "THEY'RE AWESOME SIGN ME UP FOR PLENTY!" followed by silence and few orders.

Any idea on who the new guy is or when the transfer will take place? Michael was an excellent curator of the line and had a great eye for miniatures. It may be impractical, but I was always hoping for a "Crooked Claw Giant" in metal—I'd happily pay good money for that!
