Laserburn has 3 Interesting drugs: Sting (x1.33 move, double initiative, x1.5 to-Hit bonus) , Cringe (mind-control) and Steam (double move).

Ah, that's a lead ! How many steps from Steam to Stimm? Thanks a lot Zhu.

The only references for drugs in RT I can find right now are part of the miscellaneous wargear section, the ending part of the Wargear chapter. Apart from that I can recall Spook first appeared in any sort of Necromunda story, but not really sure where to find rules for those :|

I think the rules for these ended up in the Outlanders expansion for Necromunda. Spook gave you a random lowest level psychic power. Doze was like a tranquiliser, it wasn't really for combat if I remember correctly, it was to knock out any foe you captured or something. I remember thinking it was useless. Stimm I can't recall, I think it made you ignore pinning/knockdown sort of things but could be off base there.

If you hunt up Outlanders you will know for sure. My copy is long gone.

The drugs in Necromunda Outlanders were Slaught, Spook and Kalma

Spook is an addictive and highly illegal psychic combat drug
Kalma is the name given to a general group of euphoric sedative drugs
Onslaught or 'Slaught is a combat drug

There is also Icrotic Slime

Icrotic Slime will usually attach itself to its victim's head when they are asleep from where it is slowly absorbed through the flesh and into the brain. Without any ability to defend itself, it releases psycho-chemical stimulants into the host's system, producing a sense of euphoria and feeling of power, preventing the victim from removing it because they simply have no desire to
