Citadel 1988 paints - modern equivalents

It's this old chestnut again. I haven't seen recent commentary so let's give it another spin. Has anyone found a modern equivalent to the original Citadel 1988 paint colours?

I have purchased the Nostalgia '88 range from War Colours but they've moved onto '90s colours now, with a couple of exceptions. I've wondered if some of the Foundry paints match?

Swamp Brown and Ghoul Grey I'm particularly interested in.
 
I quite like the Nostalgia range, which has fit many of my needs even as Nostalgia ‘94 (or whatever it is). Still the closest match, or at least in the colors I use.

Foundry is good in its own right, and I have a lot, but nothing I think of as a classic equivalent.

One member - kalin did post a lot of colour table threads. Which might contain some matches - although I don't know quite how complete his range was from the earlier stuff. So there might be some useful notes in there. He certainly had some information from the paint sets (round rubber topped without labels) which would have been the first edition HMG manufactured paints.

I have a feeling the current Coat d'Arms are actually targeted at some of the later editions, but it might be worth a rummage to see if they have anything that looks equivalent as I understand those are the old paints.

I think and my memory might be muddling, but the colours I think map colour wise more to the hex pot range of Citadel paints which I think included a bit of tweaking from McVey and co. so more 90s than 80s. One day I'll get some of them, keep meaning to!
