Not sure how many others on here went to ChillCon in Sheffield yesterday, but it was good event and I had a fun time.

It was a well organised event, family friendly and of a decent size that was not too overwhelming.

I went to a few of the new seminar talks, chatted with some folks (including @Mat Lindsay and Annie from Bad Squido), tried to get my cold addled head round some games and of course spent money on new minis…

Couple of Pumpkin folk from Rapier Miniatures, Crusader Dwarves with crossbows and creepy Cherubs from Warblade Miniatures and the event exclusive goblin by The Lion’s Tower.

Are the dwarfs new releases? I don't see them on the crusader miniatures website.

Thanks! It's a cool range, how to they size up to other manufacturers? (If it's not too annoying to ask).

Maybe a tiny bit taller than the classic Dwarf crossbow range (https://www.miniatures-workshop.com/lostminiswiki/index.php?title=0313_Dwarf_Crossbows) I bought them to go with?
However they come with separate heads, so can be filed down to be comparable. They are a little less detailed too (chainmail bit simply sculpted and don’t have swords), but that is being picky.
