I did check (I promise) and whilst we have a thread debating the monthly challenge choice for this month, I couldn't actually find a thread for the minis. This seems especially important as we have two warring painting challenges in May. My money is on Chaos BTW so, whilst I seem to have been distracted with skellibobs recently, I did manage to paint up one chaos thingy: A Dwarf, but a nasty one. And yes, I know I probably should have saved him for Gnomevember...
So more accurately a Marauder Chaos Dwarf, albeit based as a chaos warrior as he'll be one of those when I get around to the unit in 2076. If ever a range deserved proper names (like the Slann called 'Mylkbotyl') rather than CD2, it is this one. So from now on I'm calling this guy Shorton Hascentshun. Or maybe Rusty Shincleaver. It's a work in progress.
And as it is the disputed month of may, here is Rusty/Shorton with his Merry band of men, women, dogs and a troll.
Not all painted this month and really here to demonstrate how I need to dig out the proper camera for large groups and not be lazy and use the phone...
