Sir Jasperre Le Beau
Serf
Greetings fellow generals,
I was wondering if there happen to be either evil walking deads or treacherous elves of the forest among your numbers - and willing to accept a most noble challenge from an unquestionably honorable bretonnian knight. More precisely, my thirst for adventures drives me towards two very involving 5th edition campaigns, which are both easy to play and charming: I am referring to "The Perilous Quest" and "Circle of Blood". The first involves dishonorable Wood elves trying to steal precious and holy artefacts of the Lady of the Lake from the worthy hands of the knights of Quennelles, while the second features the vile Undead following the most loathsome charachter known as "The Red Duke" in his blasphemous effort to taint the beatiful land of Bretonnia.
My idea would be to find a suitable opponent to my bretonnians in order to play through one of these campaigns - hopefully to the end, or as far as we care to go in one day (they are only 4-scenarios long and played with very little forces, the biggest being 2,000 points).
I would love to bring to life Agravain De Beu Quest and pit him against Wood elves nobles in a joust to see who is the best chevalier, or to face the famed vampire knight in deadly battle! Of course, since what I care about the most is narrative playing, I am not stuck on these two 5th ed campaigns: they are just proposals, and I am willing to dive in any Warhammer Fantasy Battle mini-campaign or scenario - also, any edition of warhammer is welcome: I proposed 5th edition as my minies don't go any further back, but I'd be also very intrigued to play, say, 3rd edition, as I have the rulebook and it really looks very very detailed and deep.
This spoken, I throw the gauntlet: is there any brave general who is interested in narrative campaigning?
