Hello all, a while ago I came across apage on one of the wikias for old minis and found a page detailing a very early (as in pre Reaper and Lazerburn historical fantasy game and was reportedly one of the first documented to circulated in Britain), I however can't for the life of me find it again. I thought some you more well versed in this era of gaming might be able to help me ID it?
It was a (for lack of a better term) skirmish style game revoling around a good vs evil battle between a viking/saxon warband and a evil witch/hag (fat, deturbingly nude, ponty nose with cauldron and apprentices) who had killed the leader of the former's father, I also recall a quest for a lost magic sword belonging to said father being involed as well. The rules if I am remembering correctly were around 13 pages and it having either a list of suggested minis or a brief run of dedicated ones at around 25mm? I initially thought it was done by minifigs as the minis reminded me of there fantasy stuff but then I remebered they didn't publish books and I couldn't find any minis that corresponded to my memory.
Does this ring any bells to anyone?
