Hello ,
i have a question concerning the lists of armies from Realm of chaos Slave To Darkness. WE can have two lists the demonic legion of Khorne and the army of Khorne is that these two lists can be allied: example the demonic legion of Khorne is allied with an army of khorne?
 
I belive the demonic legion lists where designed to be used for fighting on a demonic scale within the Realms of Chaos against other demonic legions, while the Armies of Chaos lists are used for fighting outside of the Realms of Choas against the other mortal armies. Maybe using the Chaos Champions that were created during the demonic legion battles on the mortal expeditions.

Mere mortals wouldn't last long between the demonic legions. Although nobody is stopping you to use both lists together, or fight with demonic legions against mortal armies.

You might wonder, but how do I use demons in a motal army using Armies of Chaos lists. Well, through wizards mainly. By using demonic spells, a player is allowed to summon demonic creatures into the game. The demons could be either bound upfront or in the game while playing. Just as long as the appropriate Magic Points are paid.

If you are playing 3rd ed with these, dont forget that only magical weapons can harm demons. This can lead to very unbalanced games. If you use a demon army against mortals then its best to assume they are fighting in the realm of chaos, where all attacks count as magical.
 
either that or stock up on magical weapons - with a few "lucky" dice rolls you can have a load of champions with daemonbane swords or something like that.
