a bit of a laugh

Regardless of your view on modern Games workshop, I had to have a bit of a laugh with this one bit..

They are making 'record profits' with more of there.. media stuff .. most articles seam confusing.. while 40K was kinda stated to be the future of the Warhammer world.. it's kinda impossible from quite early on.. yet it just says 'Warhammer universe' but never mind that. The bit that got me was what 'Chairman John Brewis' said.. (never heard of him.. should I have?)

he said that Games workshop has "thrived because of the solid principles and values that it was based upon."

... So.. modern games workshop is still working on the principles and values it was based on... when it was created.. erm.. huh? John Peake has been a bit vocal the last couple of years.. anyone find some of his thoughts on the principles and values that GW was created under? or Livingston and Jackson? cause.. even in only the first 5 years, GW changed ALOT.. and any owner of a british hobby shop who deals with GW.. ask about there problems with how GW's principles and values work out.. Oh and the 'Zero Tolerance' for "fan-made" stuff ^_^ (Though I kinda hate the term cause.. alot of so-called fan made stuff isn't made by fans.. often made to cash in or for someone else.. but oh well..

just thought it was.. a funny line
