Having a mess around with a Zorn palette...

I also experimented with it lately and liked the new way of thinking about colour choices and mixing it forces you to take.

look good.. I have no clue what 'Zorn palette' is ^_^ I'm guessing some reference to the Swedish painter but the connection excludes me..

Stupid question but... In reverse order.. Blood Angel, Imperial Fist, erm.. Being more female I would say Sister of Battle? I don't know what Chapters they have... and White Scar?

Yes, the palette is attributed to him. You use ivory black, yellow ochre, vermillion or cadmium red (different sources state it differently) and titanium white or flake white (again, different sources...) only to paint. All colors you use are mixed from those only.

Ah ^_^ thanks. 19th Century artists aren't really a specialist subject of mine. Though Dali was a very interesting guy that really believed his view of surrealism to the point of almost killing himself (probably more then once) for it.
